Towards the end of the second wave and the beginning of the third movement emo opened in this fashion aspect, androgynous and outrageous.
Not too short hair are gradually elongated and have become a bit of an eye for the mysterious and sexy look (though some say it is a ridge of punk without gel to prove that 3rd wave emo is very focused on the punk movement and its origins punk / hardcore), some continue to grow a bit and color at will.
Often, emo hair may have an artistic appeal to this colorful bit so fanciful. But sometimes it may not be simply having wick or so girls who prefer a fringe to a wick.
Emo movement approaches once more the Gothic movement, are the only two movements where excessive make-up girls as men.
For the girl, it is common to see a lot of black around the eyes pink mixed with a foundation a little pale and sometimes drawings of stars or glitter around the eyes.
In men, a little black eyeliner around the eyes with fine or bold lines and saturated by envy. More rarely we can see a little pink also around the eyes or on the eyelids in men but not all emos are makeup.
Makeup is primarily focused on the beauty of the eye, reflecting the feelings and the beauty, the look and the eyes are highlighted by makeup.
Ironically, the wick or the fringe often hide one eye or both.
You can also see more rarely black varnish men.
A discreet makeup as the cult of sensibility included to highlight the beauty of the eyes and so much wear colored lenses to have very clear eyes.
Many emos not like wearing glasses to stand out from the previous wave emo and then wear contact lenses.
The dress style is often very colorful girls and provided decorations like small skulls, peas, ...
In boys, a tight jeans and a t-shirt (sometimes a hooded jacket) enough. Often with a drawing or seductive or funny slogan on the t-shirt (T-shirt superman, with hearts, skulls, groups, ....) and a belt studded iron on the jeans. Black predominates many boys while girls prefer colors.
For shoes, at the base there was the converse which conformed to the image that would give emos but more and more are adopting the emos slip-on van's often with the pattern checkered or skulls.
Yet, the emo look is very linear and often inspired another which was inspired by one that was inspired by singer such as group being inspired by another singer ...
Short emo movement is perhaps the least about the rich diversity of appearances movement as too focused on the physics and looking for a great appearance in the same tone again and again.
Which would not be bad is to change the look emo because the image of the emocore, it remains inspired other and it ends on a cyclical thing that evolves over too.
This is not a look, even far away! is primarily a musical culture and a way of being.
